Rich Reister (pronounced Ryster) graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Rich began studying law at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2002. He not only excelled academically, but he also held many leadership positions, including President of the American Bar Association/Law School Division at his school. His highest honor in law school was when his graduating class elected him to deliver
the Valedictory
Address at their graduation ceremony.
Before attending law school, Rich held management positions at a car dealership, a limousine company, and a valet parking company. He also clerked for prominent Dallas attorney Eric Fein. As soon as he obtained his license to practice law, Rich opened up the Law Offices of Rich Reister and began taking cases. His Bankruptcy caseload grew rapidly, partly because of Bankruptcy Reform laws that took effect in October 2005. Rich has filed hundreds of Bankruptcy cases and has helped hundreds of people become debt

Sam McKee
Law Clerk
Sam McKee grew up in Dallas,Texas, attending J.J. Pearce High School, and is a soon to be a graduate of the University of Texas with a double major in History and Philosophy. He spent the last part of his undergraduate education studying at Cambridge University, in England. Sam has experience in Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Internet-related ventures, and plans on attending law school in the Fall of 2009.
